Showcasing images on the video wall

Did you know that we showcase student, staff and faculty images on our video wall? When we’re not showcasing materials for a specific event, we display artwork, photos, videos and more in the Lyons New Media Centre on its large 9-screen video wall every single day, all day (so long as we’re open).

Curious as to what artwork is being showcased in there but don’t want to wait until the next time you’re in? Pop by our “What’s on the video wall” page to have a peek! (Recently updated!)

Images have been presented on this page in thumbnails beneath headers for each artist/photographer, and a brief physical description has been given by the artists for two reasons:

  1. To share with the audience what is important to them about the work.
  2. To offer a physical description to those who may have vision disabilities, so that they don’t miss out on being a part of the audience.

Interested in sharing your own work on our video wall? Check our our video wall policies page on our website for more information on how to do this.

Cheers!
